What are online sale doing to the local businesses

Well today we are going to jump off track again. You know for online business things are really starting to boom, but for all the local shops they are taking the hit. One thing that bothers me that the customers either don't see, don't care or did not realize is that eventually if everyone keeps buying online there will be no more shops. I as a business owner can see things swing more and more toward the internet even if you have the same price you get the luxury of buying from your own home. The problem is that we have a couple indoor race tracks and for all those people buying online what are they going to do with there race vehicle if the shops are all gone. I know that most people don't think that way and you can not tell them but there has to be a way to communicate the message.

I think that no matter how hard you try to help your customers and how much you do for them they will still jump over a nickel to pick up a penny. The local shops are already losing money compared to the online shops they have to know the overhead and paying employees. If you have an online business you can do that from home or have a smaller place it does not have to look great and kept up for the public. Well I guess I have done enough of my griping hope there are others out there that feel the same way, but not taking anything away from the online stores wish them all well just need to get some more sales for there local communities.
