- Be fair but firm. Honor your guarantee but do not be a push over.

Your call to action is NOT simply a request to buy.
- Build up value of your offer by explaining why an alternative would cost A LOT more.
- Offer a lower price.
- Then give the reason why the price you are offering is lower.
- The icing on the cake is "scarcity". Example "For a limited time" or There is only a "Limited Quantity"… Something of this nature to make your prospect act right away.
