1. Build up value of your offer by explaining why an alternative would cost A LOT more.

Bullets break the benefits of your product down into bite sized pieces for your prospect to understand a lot better.

3. And they also need to create suspense RATHER than the satisfaction of telling your prospect exactly what they get. Bullets need to create desire rather than understanding.

1. What your product is going to do for them. How is it going to make things better for them. Weather it is getting money and becoming financially free or getting a hobby that will let you relax and enjoy life.

Now we are getting into step 7 which will be the proof. You now have there full attention on what they are reading so this is the part that will start to distinguish how good you really are. 2. Another great form of proof is logic.

Now that you have written your story comes another important part to keeping people attracted to what you are writing about and that is the Subheads or Sub headlines. You want to break up your story with sub headlines. You should do this every 6 to 8 paragraphs.

1. Short
2. Punchy
3. They want to have a dual readership path. A reader can read your sub headlines and know what they will get from your content by just reading these alone.

1. Describe the experience the prospect has of how the problem plays out in real life.
2. Swipe from success letters. Find out what your competitors are doing and swipe portions of there story to get ideas to use in your own. Do not copy everything word for word, but if you see that it is working for them, you can use the same concept and structure when creating your story.
3. Always keep in mind the 7 reasons why people buy… 1. Make Money, 2. Save Money, 3. Save Time, 4. Save Effort, 5. Improve Health, 6. Increase Pleasure, 7. Eliminate Pain. The key is to talk about the specific way your offer does one of those things in a way the prospects can relate to in his or her life situation.
4. Envy - This is a powerful motivator to get your prospect to take action, 3 ways you can use envying your story. 1. Talk about something you are envious of, or were envious of before you had the advantages of your products. 2. Write about something your prospects might be envious of. 3. Talk about how others will be envious of your prospect once they are enjoying the advantages of your offer.
5. Rule of 7 - This rule states that you need 7 stories, examples, or case studies in the body of your story where the prospects can imagine themselves USING the product you are selling. 

I am sure you have seen a ton of these in a product launches.

3 Questions You Must Ask Yourself

There are just three questions you must ask yourself that will save you a ton of time when you are writing your own cover for trying to get people to come to your page. If you take your time and answer these three questions with full answers you can sell anything.

Ask yourself:

1. Who is your prospect? Know who you are writing to and try to get as targeted as possible.
2. What is your prospects problem? Think about the way your prospect would describe their problems and try to write your copy in their words.
3. What are you offering that will solve their problem or fulfill their desire? Find the problem then offer them the solution.

The truth to owning a business today

Well today is just another practice day on writing a blog I can not get a grip on it yet so if your reading this bear with me. I have been practicing a little but I still need a lot of help. Today I am hop and getting ready to go to work in which I own a hobby shop. Do not let anyone fool you owning a hobby shop is tough for a lot of reasons One of the major reasons is competing with the internet to sell your product. Everyone wants to buy from home and not go and shop anymore. That is probably the biggest reason it is tough to compete because everyone has the internet and knows the price of everything. The next thing that i think is tough is trying to please everyone once in a while you always get the people that think being rude and obnoxious is the way to do things.

well I really like helping people but these kind of people really annoy me but you have to hold your tongue and do whats right. I once had a wise man, my father tell me that the customer is always right until they leave the store or shop whatever you have. The last thing is owning off road race track for my hobby shop and a carpet track., I must say you can not believe the difference in people that each side brings. It seems that the off road side brings a lot more relaxing environment were everyone is more laid back don't get me wrong you always get people that get mad once in a great while. Now on the other hand you have the carpet oval people that are a totally different breed they are more tightly wound and they take racing a lot more serious. They have there little clicks or groups however you might call it that are competing top the bitter end. I mean bitter they are out for blood and if you accidentally hit one of them heaven forbid they flip there cookie. Well enough said just wanted to lay down some ground rules for future events.

Well today we are going to jump off track again. You know for online business things are really starting to boom, but for all the local shops they are taking the hit. One thing that bothers me that the customers either don't see, don't care or did not realize is that eventually if everyone keeps buying online there will be no more shops. You know there is no easy way to write an article about evaluating the stock market it take s a lot of numbers and references to make that happen. I have them all but I don't want to put you to sleep like the stock market get on average turns 11% per year, but remember that is if your stock broker does well and most of them don't. A common stated fact is that 80% of mutual funds underperform the S&P 500. And we all know there was major down fall not too long ago in the market and a lot of people lost a lot of money. This is a doggy dog world and money seems to make it turn. I can truly give this advise because I told my father to roll it over in an IRA before the market had its trident downfall and there fore I knew how much got lost. Since the 1990s, the United states have been in love with the stock market. They were investing billions through there retirement plans until the 401k and other self-directed pensions came into the picture. Everyone was giving there free advice on the next hot stock pick. I  2009 we hit one of the lows we have ever seen in the3 stock market. Many investors feel they have no other options with the recession making interest rates so low it was a great way to "go broke safely." CD's really have no return or even a negative rate after factoring in the inflation taxes. In 2001 since there was a heart market many investors turned to real estate. They also found a lot of the dangers in real estate real quick. Most people are told that 10% or 11% per year interest beats out CDs, Treasury Bills, corporate bonds, etc.

Looking for Serious Competition for Your Investment Dollar

There are plenty of ways to invest your dollar like stock, bonds, mutual funds, municipal bonds, or there are a variety of other investments. With this being said you have to think to your self why more and more investors are starting to invest in Tax Lien Certificates. That makes us wonder is there something these investors know that we don't? What kind of research have these investors done to get them involved in buying these Tax Lien Certificates? Are Tax Lien Certificates really the superior investment right now?

I just do not want people to think I have a problem with stocks, bonds and the rest of the investments. The problem that I see is that too many people have too much investment into one category for example the stock market. I just don't want to see them lose a lot of money like what just happened not to long ago with the corrections they just had. The same thing if you have all your money in bonds if the interest rates rise the same thing can happen. To begin with I want to say that there are things called over the counter Tax Lien sales and they are called this because most counties have around 30,000 Tax Lien or Deeds they offer and only 15,000 get sold. The other 15,000 which we are using just for ease of use numbers go back to the county for you to buy over the counter Tax Liens. You cab go to any county clerks office and do this well almost any county some counties do things totally different. Lets put it this way all the counties are different and all the states have different interest rates. The county will tell you were they publish the list.

There is another type called Commissioner Sale this is when inventory that does not get purchased goes back into county then they have a second sale which iOS an auction and redemption period gets reduced to 4 months.

• Understand the market
• Hire a local real estate attorney
•  1500 Dollars per property to handle everything

Then there is Redeemable Deed states Texas is most famous for this type of Deed.

• Send AP form letters to the counties
• 254 Counties in just Texas
• Flat penalty interest rate of 25% within 6 month redemption period and it is not your primary home
• If it is primary it is 25% first year and 50% second year
• During redemption period you can collect rent and improve property if you want
• Well you are waiting you can make money

One more example Georgia is a Redeemable Deed State

• 159 Counties
• 20% Flat rate
• 2 year redemption period - You cannot take title like you can in Texas
• Georgia has a tax sale once a month
• Assume Title

• Search by - Parcel ID, Address, Persons Name

GIS System - Geographical Information Service this gives you great amount of information on the property. It seems like most of the smaller counties have the GIS system.

• grantstreet.com - this has a lot of selling services to the counties
• Then there is tax deeds on the internet - bid4assets.com - this is an auction service
